ISLAMABAD:The national electric power regultroy authority has allowed power
disribution companies (discos)to charge additional Rs 3.04 pere unit form cosumers for enjoying electricity at aftar and sahri in Ramazan (august 2011)under monthly fuel adjustment fourmul.Reduction in hydel generation  and increase in power generation .based on furance oil diesel and gas  besides infficiant public sector power plants are the main reasons of the
massiye increase in load shedding one month.said one of the official who attende the public hearing on friday.Discose has requested a raise of Rs 3.04 per unit on the plea of making good the loss due to high cost of france oilused for generation of electricity.The approve increase will be collected
